Welcome! Below are the simple steps to get started and make this template work for your sourcing process — whether you’re tracking 3 swatches or 300.

🛠 Step 1: Duplicate the Template

• Click the “Duplicate” button in the top-right corner of the Notion page.
• It will save directly to your own Notion workspace.
• If you don’t have a Notion account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one (free).

📥 Step 2: Start Uploading Swatches

• Click “New” to add a fabric swatch.
• Fill in the fields like:
• Fabric name and content
• Color or hex code
• Season and supplier info
• MOQ, lead time, and sourcing notes
• Upload a photo of the swatch directly to that card. You can use this as the cover of that card.

🧭 Step 3: Filter + Sort by What Matters Most

• Use the filters and views to organize your library by:
• Season (SS25, FW25, Core)
• Supplier name
• Color family or fabrication

This makes it super easy to compare options or prep for a sourcing or design meeting.

📒 Bonus: Add Suppliers to the Directory

• Use the built-in Supplier Directory to track contact info, MOQs, and notes about your past experience with each vendor.
• Link your swatches directly to each supplier’s page for quick reference. To start they have all been linked.

• Use this on desktop or mobile — it works beautifully on both.
• Want to add categories like trims or packaging? Just duplicate the swatch page and rename the tags.
