📝 Product Description
The Oceo Luxe 9-Month Fashion Production Calendar
A designer’s secret to staying on track without burning out.
This editable calendar was built specifically for emerging and independent designers navigating small-batch production. Whether you’re managing a capsule, custom order run, or prepping for your first wholesale drop—this tool helps you plan backwards from your ideal launch date, giving you the clarity (and the breathing room) to bring your vision to life, stress-free.
Inside, you’ll find every step from design to delivery mapped out over a realistic 9-month timeline—with built-in buffer zones for samples, revisions, customs delays, and content creation. It’s lean, focused, and flexible enough to adapt as your team grows.
🛠️ How to Use It
- Start with your target launch month
- Work backwards from delivery
- Assign your roles
- Update the timeline for your drop
- Track progress as you go
Scroll to the bottom of the calendar. Decide when you want your product to hit the market, and plug that into the “Launch” row.
The calendar automatically maps out when you need to start each phase—so your sketches, sampling, production, and shipping all have enough time (with buffer!).
For now, owner roles are simplified to just: Designer, Supplier, Factory, or Transportation Company. As you grow, swap these for your team members or agencies.
Adjust start dates to match your drop cycle (e.g. Spring/Summer 2026). You can also duplicate this calendar for each collection or line extension.
Add columns like “Status” or “Next Check-in” to turn this into an active project tracker inside Notion or Google Sheets.
✨ Pro Tip:
Use this calendar alongside your content planner. Your production timeline should inform your marketing rollout, not the other way around.

📆 How to Use the Notion Calendar View
The calendar view in your Notion template lets you see your entire production timeline at a glance—so you can track key deadlines, avoid bottlenecks, and build momentum toward your launch.
✨ Why It Matters:
Seeing your plan laid out visually makes it easier to:
- Spot overlapping tasks (like sample approval + content planning)
- Avoid overbooking yourself
- Pace your workload realistically
đź› How to Use It:
- Start with your launch month
- Scroll to the end of the calendar.
- Input your target delivery or launch date in the “Launch” row.
- This is your anchor—everything else works backward from here.
- Set real dates for each task
- In the “Start Date” and “End Date” columns of the main table, assign actual dates based on your drop cycle.
- Once dates are entered, the calendar view will automatically map each task visually.
- Switch to the calendar view
- At the top-left of your Notion page, click the tab labeled “Calendar” (next to “Table”).
- You’ll now see all your tasks plotted across the 9-month window.
- This calendar can also be linked to your existing calendar to overlap over appointments and deadlines in your life.
- Click into each task
- You can open any task block to add reminders, notes, checklists, or status tags.
- Use this to track production updates, supplier messages, or sample feedback in real time.
- Drag + drop to adjust
- If timelines shift (and they will), just drag tasks to new dates. Your entire calendar will update without needing to rewrite anything.
đź’ˇ Pro Tip:
Pair this with a “Status” tag (e.g. To Do / In Progress / Complete) to turn your production calendar into a living project dashboard.
