There’s the version of operations most people see—task lists, tools, tidy dashboards, spreadsheets.
And then there’s the truth of how I move. Why I do this work. What I really believe builds sustainable, aligned businesses.
These are 10 truths about me as an operations manager and strategist—shaped by experience, burnout, healing, and a deep love for the behind-the-scenes.
- Structure soothes me.
- I see the big picture and the tiny hinges.
- I don’t believe in hustle culture.
- Team dynamics light me up.
- Data makes me feel safe.
- I value clarity more than control.
- I think like a COO, but I lead like a guide.
- Burnout wasn’t my breaking point—it was my blueprint.
- I believe operations are creative.
- Everything I build is in service of more freedom.
When I feel overwhelmed, I don’t need more inspiration. I need systems. Clear workflows calm my nervous system and open up space to breathe, dream, and actually lead. My personal life lives in Notion, which has led to my business, clients and strategy partners also living there.
The 5-year vision excites me, but I also obsess over the 5-minute fix that changes everything. I live in the tension between long-term legacy and low-lift leverage.
I’ve burned out a few times—mentally, physically and emotionally and it taught me this: strategy should never override your self. I build processes that protect your peace and your profits.
I’m not here to micromanage. I’m here to support energy flow, remove bottlenecks, and help each person step fully into their zone of genius. Operations are about people, not just performance. I believe that companies profit more when they understand what lights their employees up.
It’s not about spreadsheets for the sake of it. When we track what matters—what’s working, what’s not, we make empowered, embodied decisions instead of emotional guesses.
Control is a trauma response. Clarity is a strategy. I aim for clean communication, clear roles, and documented processes, so your team thrives even when you’re offline. As an owner you will feel as empowered offline with your team as you do online.
My job isn’t to fix you, it’s to walk alongside you. To offer grounded ideas, ask sharper questions, and help you build something sustainable and soulful. My approach is simple, the faster you let me in, the faster you gain clarity on where you want to move in life and in business.
The systems I build now were born from the ones I didn’t have when I needed them most. That’s why I build with empathy, not ego.
It’s not just admin and Notion. It’s artistry. It’s how a business breathes. Every process I design is a reflection of your values, vision, and pace.
More time freedom. Creative freedom. Nervous system freedom. Because at the end of the day, structure isn’t about control, it’s about coming home to yourself. It’s about finding the balance in your personal life as well as your business.
As a visionary or designer, your mind is on what’s next—your next concept, collection, or creative spark. My role is to hold the through-line, bringing your past, present, and future ideas to life with structure, clarity, and intention.
